Galina is always punctual although we have no set time she comes when I am out of the flat but has always been and gone before I get home in the evening and if I happen to be in the flat when she does come she always is there for the full three hours and is very nice and gets on with her work very well. She always carries out my requests. Having had years of experience with different house cleaners I am delighted to have found in Galina a cleaner who has been quite simply wonderful so far! Galina is polite and personable but gets on with her work, always gets all done in time and leaves my flat looking sparkling like hotel standards so in Galina’s talents as a cleaner I am well pleased!! - Jenny H.

She seems to take real pride in what she does. She also encourages feedback, and is very happy to be told about specific things I want doing. All very good. In addition, I was hospitalized for a couple of nights recently with a recurring medical problem. I was at home recuperating when Antonia came to clean. I couldn't see her because I was too ill, but my flat mate explained the problem to her. She left a very kind note offering me practical support. That was a genuine kindness, beyond the call of duty, and very much appreciated by me. – C.S.
